Your CV is not a scientific report. It’s a presentation document that should be attractive enough for the recruiter to contact you. Recruiters spend 3~5 seconds scanning the document. They do this every day and have been doing this for years. They are tired and don’t pay attention. If in 3 seconds you don’t deliver your best self, it’s lost.
It’s a unique document, so make it yours.
Reduce your profile summary to 4~5 lines at the most. Avoid filler words that don’t add value-added information. State your total years of professional experience, education, certifications, significant roles, industries, achievements, education, and proficiency in specific or relevant languages. Only then can you compose a professional statement around that.
Show me your CV, and let’s improve it.
All the best, and keep moving forward.
